I Will Evolve
This began as the Sierra Club’s effort to influence the youth vote in the 2004 presidential election. Since then, it has become the brand structure for the club’s youth communications regarding hybrid vehicles, renewable energy, and energy efficiency issues. Creating the campaign materials — logo, writing, posters, photography, and print ads — was one of the projects that led to the official creation of The Change. The photography was done at the Werehouse in Winston Salem, NC, a huge former slaughterhouse taken over by a collective household of sustainably inclined artists and rock and rollers. The photos feature actual residents of the Werehouse. The web site was written by Jerry and designed by Free Range Graphics (The Change had no web capabilities back then).
