We feel that the action sections of many (heck, MOST) non-profits are designed in a way that’s too removed from the emotions that compel  people to act in the first place. So when our friend Jason had the insight to create a site that consolidated action alerts related to animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and human rights, we submitted a design concept that could be easily be adapted to any issue. While irreverent toward bureaucracies, the idea acknowledges the anger, frustration and desire to DO SOMETHING that frequently accompanies awarness of the issues. (Alas, Jason did not use our concept, but we still like it).
