Affordable access to land is a prerequisite for both environmental sustainability and social justice. Land In Common was founded to create new opportunities for land ownership – assisting communities in the acquisition and stewardship of land for sustainable use and common benefit.
The Change worked with David Harper, founder of Land In Common, to create a logo, tag line and lock up, promotional materials and a website. The idea was to present new models of landownership as a vibrant, modern and realistic solution to sustainable development – moving away from a seventies back-to-the-land aesthetic, and instead showing how a new generation of farmers, gardeners and community builders are creating a new vision of what it means to belong.
